Group of Helping Hands (SAHAS) Nepal embarked its 24th Annual General Assembly on 28th September 2019 in Yalamaya Kendra, Lalitpur in presence of Executive committee, general members, representatives from funding partners, NGO federation, Community Based Network Organisation, SAMVAD, farmers groups. Dr. Pratap Kumar Shrestha, Chairperson of SAHAS Nepal presided event. The assembly was inaugurated by lighting a candle and showing the banner of 24th General Assembly by honorable guests and Executive Committee. The program was facilitated by Mr. Tanka Gautam and Ms. Rumi Maharjan.
Ms. Bal Kumari Gurung made an opening remark welcoming members, delegates and staff members. Dr. Surendra K Shrestha, Executive Director of SAHAS presented on organisational overview and progress. The presentation was presented on Social Audit by Prasidhha Neupane, CA. The series of discussion and question answer session was made after the social audit presentation
The GA program continued by announcing "Staff of the Year" and altogether five staffs were honored as the staff of the year and they are::

Token of appreciation were distributed by the representation from funding partner and NGO federation for their valuable participation in the General Assembly. Ms. Balkumari Gurung marked the closing of “open session” with a concluding speech.
