SAHAS Nepal conducted its 22nd annual review meeting from 6th to 7th October 2017, in Hotel Tulsi, Pokhara. The main objectives of this meeting were to share the progress of the projects, develop common understanding in different policies, working guidelines and to develop effective team building and efforts for the success of projects. The meeting started with the welcome note by Dr. Surendra Kumar Shrestha, Executive Director followed with introduction of all participants. Project coordinators and managers associated with 17 projects, implementing in 17 districts of Nepal, participated in the meeting and presented project related progress including achievements along with learnings and challenges.
The two day annual meeting was helpful as it provided a platform to share ideas, experiences and knowledge that staff had gained at their own project and personal level. Further, discussion on major challenges/issues have bought the solutions/interventions that are necessary for the overall growth of organization. Constructive suggestion, positive feedbacks, valuable discussions and knowledge sharing were the major outputs of the meeting and it certainly would help to bring out best in everyone and for the growth and development of the organization.
