District level Learning and Sharing and Project handover
SAHAS Nepal in partnership with Childaid network organised District level learning and sharing workshop in Ramechhap along with project handover in Sunapati and Doramba Rural Municipalities.
Since 2021, SAHAS Nepal has been implementing the Mobilizing Village Communities and Empowering Youth project to promote inclusive and quality education in 50 public schools across Sunapati and Doramba Rural Municipalities. The handover event brought together key stakeholders, including the RM Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Head of the Education Unit, project beneficiaries, ECD teachers, headteachers, SMC/PTA members, SAMVAD adolescent girls, teachers, and representatives from SAHAS Nepal’s central office and Childaid Network.
To further share insights, best practices, and challenges, a district-level learning and sharing program was organised in Manthali, Ramechhap. The event saw the participation of the Deputy Head of the District Coordination Unit, the Chief District Officer, and the Head of the Education Development and Coordination Unit.
These initiatives mark a significant step toward ensuring that the impact of this project continues beyond its duration, strengthening education in rural Nepal.
