Invitation for bids for the “Supply and deliver of Improved Metallic Cooking Stoves (3 Pot hole) and Silver Colloidal water Filters.”

1.     Group of Helping Hands (SAHAS) Nepal/Karnali Resilience Initiative Nepal (KRIN) invites bids for the procurement of goods the “supply and deliver of Improved Metallic Cooking Stoves (3 Pot hole) and Silver Colloidal water Filters.” under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in prevailing Public Procurement Act and Public Procurement Regulations of Nepal. Bidding is open to all eligible and qualified Bidders/Suppliers.

2.     Interested Bidders may obtain for the information and inspect the Bidding Document in English at the office of Group of Helping Hands (SAHAS) Nepal (https://maps.app.goo.gl/xY7nHy6kp51n44kP9)  and available on our official website of Group of Helping Hands (SAHAS) Nepal https://www.sahasnepal.org.np/ . The bidding document can be downloaded here.

3.     Bidders must be submitted their bid to the SAHAS Nepal office in Damodar Marg, Lalitpur. Bidders should deposit the cost of bidding documents non refundable fee of NRs. 2,000.00 in the bank account as specified below and scan copy in PDF format of voucher/receipt of the deposit amount must be submitted along with bid documents.

4.     Interested eligible and qualified bidders are required to submit the bids before 4:00pm on 2082/01/29 at the office of Group of Helping Hands (SAHAS) Nepal, Damodar Marg, Lalitpur.

5.     Submitted Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 pm on 2082/02/01 at the office of Group of Helping Hands (SAHAS) Nepal, Damodar Marg, Lalitpur.

6.     Bids must be valid for a period of 1 year counting from the day of bid opening and Bidder shall deposit bid bond/bid security of 1.5 % cash or bank guarantee in above bank account and submit the receipt of bank deposit slip or bank guarantee along with bid documents. Bid bond shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
