Project Inception Meeting of HOPE Project
SAHAS Nepal in partnership with Felm through Resilient Roots: Advancing Climate Resilient Communities (HOPE) project organised Project Inception Programme with the active participation of representatives from the Rural Municipalities, Wards, various Rural Municipalities units, and like-minded organisations working in the project areas.
The programme introduced the project's goals, objectives, planned activities, implementation strategies, and the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders and the project team. It also provided an important platform for discussion, collaboration, and initial coordination with Rural Municiplaity and Ward representatives to ensure effective and impactful project implementation at the local level.
