SAHAS Nepal, in coordination with Sunapati Rural Municipality, organised a 6-day training for 54 teachers from 28 community schools under the ReAL Plan.
During the training, teachers explored how to assess students’ learning levels through the ReAL diagnostic tool, identify learning gaps, group students into Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow categories, and design targeted remedial activities.
Teachers expressed that the training was a new and powerful learning experience, helping them better understand individual student needs and equipping them to plan effective teaching strategies for quality education in their classrooms.
