To develop consensus on key management issues and improve organizational performance; SAHAS Nepal's final strategic planning (a two day residential workshop) was conducted on 13th and 14th August, 2015 at Hotel View Bhrikuti, Godawari in the presence of Chairperson Ms. Sati Devi Shrestha, Executive Director-Dr. Surendra Kumar Shrestha including 15 staff members. Mr. John Williamson, facilitated the event in preparing strategic roadmap of SAHAS for next five years. Based on the previous workshop; SAHAS's focus group, vision, mission, value statement, strategic objectives and action plan were finalized. The proposed organization's fundamental values incorporates every survey response collected from board members, funding partners, district line agencies, Community Based Network Organizations (CBNOs) and staffs. SAHAS Nepal Strategic plan for the year 2015-2019 was drafted which provides a sense of direction in upcoming years.
