In a 3-day participatory strategy planning Workshop in October 2011 SAHAS Nepal developed their next 5-year organisational strategic plan (2011 - 2016). The new strategy strengthen capacity building and institutional effectiveness, empowering poor and marginalised communities, networking and lobbying for resource mobilisation.
