SAHAS Nepal in partnership with Travelteer-UK is conducting a programme focusing on governmental schools of Pokhara for improving quality education. As of now, programme is being implemented in six schools. The major activities are rebuilding disabled friendly school ramps, preparing compost pit, cleaning school premises, distribution of game materials and meeting with management committee of schools. In addition, English language teaching assessment was also conducted in the school. Volunteers from Travelteer-UK are actively working for improving quality education for all.
Furthermore, 15 farmers were selected for construction of plastic house for production of seasonal and off seasonal vegetable production.
